A Dementia Discussion

Please join Certified Dementia Practitioner and Patient Care Advocate, Kerry MacDonald from Continuum Hospice, in a discussion on dementia. She will be discussing dementia behaviors, safety at home, when it’s time to think of placement for your loved one, and more. Kerry will speak for approximately an hour, and then we will open it up to Q & A, with light refreshments. Please feel free to tour our facility and take a brochure.
