Here's a wonderful opportunity to learn and practice this exciting art form which involves melting encaustic paint (made of beeswax and resin) and fusing the layers to a cradled birch board frame. We will be coating photographs with layers of the beeswax paint which will coat and preserve the image while offering opportunities to add sculptural and glossy details.
