FREE Stone Carving Demonstration at the Harwich Antique Center
Jesse Marsolais, the proprietor of Harwich-based Marsolais Press & Lettercarving, will be giving a carving demonstration showing the process by which letters have been carved in stone for thousands of years, the same methods and tools used by Roman stonecutters and Colonial American farmers alike. Jesse is also a letterpress printer and will have samples on hand of recent work. FREE EVENT! Saturday August 5 1-4PM
