Lights That Do Not Fade: A Luminaria Memorial Labyrinth Walk

Evensong Retreat Center is sponsoring a memorial labyrinth walk using luminarias.   A luminaria is a small white paper bag lantern using a tea light.   The walk will take place at the Labyrinth located at Evensong Retreat Center in Harwich Port at 5:00pm on Sunday, November 1^st.  Preparations begin at 4:15 at Evensong to make your luminaria.  Materials are provided – you can decorate your luminaria with the names of loved ones who have died, and the luminaria will be placed on the labyrinth.  At 5:00pm the walk will commence using the labyrinth.  The event is open to the public and free of charge.  Evensong Retreat Center is located at 326 Lower County Road, Harwich Port, across from Allen Harbor.  For more information visit www.evensongretreat.com
