Robin Litwin Free Painting Demonstration

Guild of Harwich Artists Meeting – Saturday, October 19, 2:00-4:00 pm Harwich Community Center, 100 Oak Street, Harwich 02645 Free and Open to the Public - Refreshments will be served. The Guild of Harwich Artists’ April general meeting will feature a painting demonstration by Robin Litwin at the Harwich Community Center, 100 Oak St, Harwich, on October 19, in the all-purpose room at 2:00 p.m. The public is invited. Refreshments will be served. Learn about Encaustic painting, the ancient technique that dates back to the Greeks and Romans. Beeswax, resin and pigment are heated on a hot griddle to create luminous paintings. Robin will also demonstrate encaustic photo transfers.
